Buyer’s Agent fees
Buying-in-France offers two pricing schemes to accommodate the needs of our clients:
1) The Flat-Fee:
This service is dedicated to buyers in need of a smaller service, potentially because they are French, or are looking to change homes in the same vicinity. They also may not need all the assistance in the legal areas when signing the “compromis de vente” and the “acte de vente authentique”.
This plan provides all services to assist you from your initial project definition to the reception of the keys to your new home. If you have never bought property in France, or you are currently not living in France, or you do not speak French, this option would be more adapted to your needs. Our Full-Service fees vary depending on the final sale price.
Our fee structure is the following:
- 3.5% commission on the sale price up to €500,000
- 2.5% commission on the sale price between €500,000 and €1,000,000
- 1.5% commission on the sale price between €1,000,000 and €1,500,000
- Fee to be discussed on the sale price over €1,500,000
It is important to note that our fees do not vary if the property is sold through an agent or direct owner. We remain unbiased in our search for you, as finding you the best property is our main objective, unlike many other buyer’s agents.
We do not include the any real estate agency fees in the calculation of our commission, which are included in the negotiated sales price when purchased via an estate agency.
Our strategy is to provide you with a service that will ultimately reduce your overall financial cost, through negotiation with property brokers and real estate agencies. Please contact us to discuss your project. Our team is ready to assist you.
